Hi folks,
I work to keep my old bones going in Ironman races. I'll be 71 tomorrow, so just turning up to the start line feels great. I blog about this, plus, having an abdominal aortic aneurysm stent graft, aortic disease is also a focus. My real interest lies in enjoying today, and living a good life. Staying generous whilst on a fixed income (pending business success - still learning), is also one of my objectives, daily.
If anyone is interested in taking up triathlons, you can find my thoughts and many useful links on my blog, http://athletewithstent.com.
Wishing y'all happy trails.

Welcome to the forum Kevin. I've just had a fab 1/2 an hour watching some of your Videos. Love the swimming one, I have the same problem as you did gotta try and keep my feet pointed and my elbows more relaxed.. can't seem to manage it though! :D

Thanks SeaBreeze, much appreciated. In fact, we're off to canoe to an island on the Outer Banks (easy trip, with Deb and our lovely lab, Willbe), to camp for the night. Have fun! kevin aka FitOldDog
