Water, water, every where

With the discussion of super foods we should eat every day, I’ve been thinking about water. I think we all know it’s important as seniors to stay hydrate, but too many of us don’t. Do you? What are your tips for getting the water you need everyday?

I have cups that hold 32 ounces. I fill three of them every morning and drink them throughout the day. I have Brita water pitchers. I can really tell the difference on the days I skip dr that much.

Some will talk about different kinds of water and electrolytes and other things, but the main point is to drink water.
