We’ve been looking for jarred spiced apples for sooo long to serve with holiday meals. Eagle-eyed Dave spotted some in the H‑E‑B in a most unlikely spot in the dairy section on an end cap. I bought four jars. They used to be available year round but I guess they’re just seasonal now.

We used to get Lucky Leaf brand spiced apple rings in the stores here but I haven't seen them in several years.

You can make them at home in about as much time as it takes to cut up the apples.
