Weather related aphorisms, sayings, adages.

Rudolph, who lived in Communist Russia, looked out one day and remarked, "It is raining, Comrade Wife."

"No, Comrade Husband," she replied. "It is snowing."

"No, I insist! It is definitely raining, Comrade Wife!"

"You are wrong, as usual, Comrade Husband. You don't know what you are talking about. It was snowing earlier and it is still snowing."

He turned to her and stated between clenched teeth, "Comrade Wife! Rudolph the Red knows rain, dear."

In Germany exists a funny proverb:
"Kräht der Hahn auf dem Mist, ändert sich das Wetter oder es bleibt wie es ist".

Translation:
"If the cock crows on the dunghill, the weather changes or it stays as it is".
