Weight loss for Short People

I ran across this on Youtube. I am 5'2". My doctor said at my last checkup that I am now 5'1", however I'm in denial about that at this time.
This trainer talks fast, sometimes swears, and is young enough to be my grandson but his videos make a lot of sense. Sense. That's what I've been missing in weight loss.

Tall people carry their weight different. I went to college with a taller woman who lost 30 pounds. She looked darn good. The thing is, she look darn good with the extra 30 pounds also. So go figure.

I wish that were true @Remy I was 6'6 once upon a time, and as skinny as a rake pole... today I am 6'3-4, somewhere in there, and from head to stomach looks good, then a big bulge, and from the bottom of my stomach to feet, very slender...and have been working hard to make the fat bulge to disappear, but not going anywhere... I always said I would have loved to be 5'2 and have eyes of blue... LoL... But I always think we look worse at ourselves...
