Were the Las Vegas shooters actually police snitches ? ?

A few weeks ago, the current shooting in the news was in Las Vegas, where a couple first shot and killed two deputies having lunch at a pizza restaurant, and then moved on to kill another man at Walmart, before being shot and killed by police.
It was first reported that the couple committed murder/suicide after they were confronted by Sharpshooters at Walmart; but was later corrected . Police first shot the woman, and when she was turning with her gun, it looked like she had shot her husband; but it was actually the sharpshooters that shot and killed him, and then the woman apparently fired the last shot at herself. Whether she died from her own gunshot, or from the sharpshooter shot, is not really clear at this point.
At any rate, now it turns out that these two people were very well known to both the Las Vegas PD, and the Clark County SO, and had been undercover informants for several months. They may have even been sent to the Bundy ranch as instigators, and Jerad Miller (who was a felon and not allowed to have weapons) was shown on television in full camo outfit and carrying an assault rifle.
Apparently, he was thrown off of the ranch by the Bundy's, since he was not the kind of peaceful demonstrator they were allowing there.

Did something then go wrong with the relationship with Law Enforcement, causing them to go on a rampage and shoot police ?? Whatever the truth is, it is not as simple as what was reported by the news media.

Haven't followed up on the Vegas shootings yet but a lot of the mass shootings and/or bombing plots were enabled by law enforcement. A lot of these "foiled" plots probably wouldn't have even turned into a plan if weren't for law enforcement enticing or baiting someone into proceeding with action and not just banter.

One thing that puzzles in recents years especially is how fast the media gets or is leaked the perpetrators biographies.

I think a lot of the catastrophic events/attacks over the decades are failed law enforcement investigations. Some I think they were waiting on orders from prosecutor for the big take down and press conference. And others I think the "investigators" failed to do proper background and/or more importantly manage or keep taps on their agents/informants. Personally I think 9-11 was failed intelligence operation and Oklahoma City Bombing was a failed federal investigation. I thought I read where the FBI was already investigating the bombers in the first WTC attack?

The Vegas shooters being involved and/or enabled by law enforcement federal or local wouldn't surprise one bit. That would explain why nothing was done with all their rhetoric. The problem is many cops think they are smarter than the perps and but they are not and get played by them. The "successful' and excessive use of criminals can lead to laziness and false trust as well.

The same way these two were at the Bundy Ranch Timothy Mckveigh was at Waco. Simple question for the average guy-yeah we see on the news what city these events are but how do many of these characters get to these locations sort of early in process which would mean they need travel time and precise location before they hit the news.

It is pretty interesting that Jerad Miller just happened to be interviewed at the Bundy ranch, not only by NBC (I think it was), but also in a video by Al Jazeera. Of all the protesters there, Miller was the one that the Bundy's had to force to leave the ranch, due to his radical talk, and attitude, plus the fact that he was there with assault weapons and was a convicted felon who was not allowed to even have a weapon of any kind.
The police say they don't know how he managed to get either the weapons and other military items that he had when interviewed at the Bundy ranch; or the weapons they used in the shootout with the police.
There is apparently no record of his wife having purchased the weapons either, or the police would have been able to trace them back to the couple that way.
They didn't have much money, according to the news; so how could they have afforded the expense of buying the weapons, in any case ?
As always in these cases, there are just a lot of holes in the story, and a lot of unanswered questions.
