When I was talking to my friend last night, she asked me had Equifax contacted me. I seem to remember getting something from them but wasn't sure what it was. Equifax was sending out a lot of emails at one time after I used their site. My friend told me to go to this link which started as Equifaxbreach. There I found the form to submit to find out if I was affected and turns out I was. There is a class action suit going on and all of that is explained, including what actions to take are the website. Scroll until you see Find Out If Your Information Was Impacted and enter the requested information (two things).
