Were you ever "shocked" by something someone said to you?

Several times over the years. I've had women I work with say stuff to me that I wouldn't tolerate outside of work.

I had a lady at Taco Belle that didn't believe I wasn't 55. That kinda set me off.

People sometimes surprise me & give me compliments that shock me because I had no idea anyone even pd attn to me or much of anything I do or say. LOL
 
Yes they have on more than one occasion too.
