What’s one thing that you regret starting late or wished you started earlier?

This was a question posted by someone interviewing an author. I have to give my answer some thought and I'll post it when I do. Do you have one thing your regret starting late or wished you started earlier?

Therapy. Lol

Saving for my retirement. I started in my mid 50's, way too late.

Yoga. I'd seen yoga classes but felt students were too aware of their abilities compared to others and yoga should be an experience, not a competition. But you don't have to compete with anyone. Just do it and let it flow. Enjoy how it makes your body feel.
