I can't be any help, @Jace; I still haven't figured out the QR code thing. I tried a couple of times and didn't have success, so now I just avoid them.

At my older daugher's master's graduation a couple of years ago the program was available only via QR code, grrrr. Luckily, my younger daughter was with me, so she helped. And of course she was amused.

I one time used YouTube videos to replace a side window in my 1998 Dodge van. There's a LOT of great info just waiting there.

If you don't hold the phone just right to get the camera to capture the code you won't get anything.
