What are the downsides of hiring a HSW?

Hi, I wonder if hiring a HSA would be a good idea, or if there are other options that might suit me better. What do you think? Are there any services that you wish your home support agency could offer, but they don’t?
 
Before hiring a home support agency, I'd ask if the same people would be coming to my home every week or whatever. If not, that means you will be getting 'temps', who are there only for that first and last paycheck. That is if they even show up. Temps mean the agency doesn't have the staff to provide good service.

The agency should make it clear what they offer in services. HSAs are not a substitute for electricians, plumbers, or carpenters.
