Yardwork, gardening, chainsawing, and almost anything outdoors. living in a nice patch of heavy forestland gives me plenty to do, and helps keep us from going bonkers during this corona virus thing.

Walking , aerobics, Darts, fishing ,and anything really to do with the outside...
But very limited since Hubbys stroke....I only walk ,!.....Pushing him ..

Walking on our own property... and dancing around the house with a string the cat chases to the tune of 60's and 70's old cool riffs.

In the past, running, motorcycling, fishing and bicycling. Now walking, fishing and just keeping busy.

take daily walks every day,weather permitting
When I can't go outside,I try to walk up/down stairs twice/day.Our mail room is in the basement of our building,I try and walk up the 4 flights without taking the elevator

Singing my favourite songs
Creating art - painting, wood carving, turning, pyrography when the mood strikes
Taking an afternoon nap
