What Are Your Thoughts On COMMUNITY PROPERTY IN A DIVORCE?

Sometimes not fair. But I feel that all property bought together after marriage should be divided 50/50 unless you have a prenup. Never had a prenup but would have no problem signing one if it was fair to me. But that's just me. Don't ever plan on marrying again but it would be nice to have a companion to do things with but I don't plan on supporting a man and vice versa.
