What do you enjoy more now than you did at 40?

I enjoy my quiet times more now than ever. Sitting in the garden with the warmth of the sun and a cup of coffee. Reading in the evening.

I love that I now have time to organize things in my shop areas and garage. The garage is now nicely organized (this last fall) for the first time in over 30 years! Working on the big bad shed now.

Also, playing piano and banjo (or at least trying) since I only started playing these in the last few years.

When I was 40 I was still in the military. After I retired, my life changed quite a bit.
I was able to shed some of the rules I lived by while in the military.
