What do you feed your furry friends?

I've always had cats and feed them both dry and canned cat food. I happened to catch a mouse in a trap. I threw it in the trash to be picked up 6 days later. On the eve of trash day, a bear got into the trash can. Trash all over the yard. That's when Mike, my cat, found the long dead mouse. He's chewing on the head, crunching down on the skill. I tried getting it away from him, but that was his mouse, and keep your human paws to yourself. He just wolfed down that mouse. So, instead of those expensive premium cat foods, I got him what he loved "animal by products", and he loved it.

My little furry friend of 17 years old only eats

Hill’s Science Diet Dry Cat Food​

She is a fully indoor cat with access to a see through fenced in outdoor patio/balcony.
Always outside and doing her thing, which is at her age mostly relaxing~

I keep her safe, loved and tended to

She turns 18 years old at Christmas time.

I tell you..one of the most revolting things I ever saw... yes I have a weak stomach... was when our miniature sweet as sugar Labradoodle Stanley.. discovered there was a mouse underneath the shed. He was not going to let it get out, and hunted it until he caught it..

I was screaming..''No Stanleeeyyy''.. but it was too late.. he'd got his tiny jaws clamped across it's belly... and ran into the house ( my daughters' house)... onto the leather sofa.. and started Chewing on this mouse which was still alive. I nearly puked.. .. I tried my utmost to get him to drop that mouse, but my sweet gentle Stan had turned into a Lion.. growling at me ... and there was no way to get it off him...

Mine eats canned and dry food, but I also like to cook for my dog. Roast chicken, roast pork, organ meats from poultry and beef, also bone broth. I always share my baked fish with her. A little pumpkin or cooked carrot along with some oatmeal is good fiber for her. She also gets a multi vitamin.
