What do you have for breakfast?

I am guilty of skipping breakfast. Coffee only, unless the wife insists that I have a slice of toast with peach jam from the farmer we buy our fruit from.
I used to never have breakfast, trying to keep slim. But now I find it is the best part of my day, relaxing over it. I watch TV or read as I eat and it feels such a good way to start the day.
 
Basically same as Road Warrier post #6:

Bircher Oatmeal: raw oats, keifer, blueberries or other fruit, whole walnut or almond. Breakfast is ready after the daily one hour morning walk.

6 or 8 bowls assembled and stored in the fridge (I like to prep 7 to 8 bowls so I don't grab a cookie/muffin/???).

Three eggs and 3-4 PCs bread. That's like 5 days a week. Once in awhile, get up, hit 7-11 get 64 oz of coffee (with creamer) either 2 pastries, or if they have roller food, five chicken taquitos.

I'll drink the coffee even cold, maybe skip lunch, then either a steak/chicken or mixture meal.
 
I alternate between porridge made with water, a sprinkle of sugar and cold milk and Bran Flakes with seeds, a little ground ginger and cold milk, very occasionally a full english for a treat
 
Usually I have 4 eggs at noon. I call it lunch. I guess technically it's breakfast, because it's my first meal of the day.

Sometimes scrambled eggs. Sometimes egg salad. Occasionally, ham and fried eggs.
 
I eat breakfast at 10am when I can, always something different, I like to have
a huge variety of interests at this meal lol
 
I only eat two meals a day: lunch and dinner. I just have two cups of coffee in the morning when I wake up and then lunch after I take the dog for a walk and we play a bit of fetch out in the yard.
