The never ending short staff thing ... yes i know it is real sometimes ....... i was at a place they told me there would be wait ...short staffed
then watched 2 employees gabbing away .... doing nothing.
I caught the eye of the manager told him what i saw and said "I did not realize the short staff excuse had meant their height." ...... lol
heard from a friend it was not pretty after I walked out....

I'm going with what others said: "Your call is extremely important to us!" Uh, no. If my call is so &^@($& important to you, then hire some more *&#$@Q* employees.
Or there's the airlines' answer to everything: "We will be boarding momentarily." Uh, no, on that one, too. If you look out the window and there's no plane at the jetway, then you most certainly WILL NOT be boarding "momentarily"......especially since the plane probably hasn't even left Chicago yet.
