What fascinates you in this life?

As in fascinates most...

After studying natural science in books, the incredible life and geology world of planet Earth through a photographic lens.

I’m fascinated by the young folks that see the possibilities in life and the old people that only see obstacles.

At what point does our view of life change? 🤔

“You are as young as your self-confidence, as old as your fears; as young as your hope, as old as your despair.” - Samuel Ullman
In Germany are many young people who are worrying about the future. But this could be propaganda of the government also.

[ @hollydolly ] Ever since I learned what the British refer to a style of millinery that is a ladies formal headpiece, every time I see the word fascinate, I think of Fascinator ...

yes lol.. and. there's many out there that are downright ugly rather than fascinating ..like this one famously worn and derided by the media of ..prince Andrews daughter Beatrice.. who looked like she had a toilet seat on her head

So many things! But mostly that every day you learn and discover something new -exploring new places and investigating new ideas -evolving yourself.

In my mid 20's I worried that I hadn't accomplished enough and that with age would bring limitations and endings...to my surprise it brought many new beginnings.

And dogs, I don't understand why it takes them so long to find a place to poop.

The vastness of the universe and what wonders lie out there.
If one could possibly travel at the speed of light (Which would be the equivalent of 6 trillion miles), it would take you more than 93 billion years to get from one boundary to the other (Assuming it didn't expand while you were traveling), and it is estimated to contain over two trillion galaxies.

That's just the observable universe. The whole universe could be 250 times that much. It may even be infinite.
However, if the multiverse theory is true, then who knows how many other universes there may be. It is truly mind blowing to me.

Yep those ladies are Crazy fun girls. ...:coffee:...

I think the current state of the world is pretty fascinating — kind of like approaching a multi-vehicle accident on a highway. There's going to be death and destruction, but you can't help but look.
I was thinking along those lines a few days ago. Not really, but sort of. I was on the city bus, mid-day. A fellow (standing) about early twenty-ish suddenly collapsed and fell to the floor. At about the same time he landed I was already out of my seat and there to catch his head. He was unconscious only for a moment and I tried to comfort him and see if I could get him to respond. I'm not a doctor nor am I trained in anything close to it but I instinctively rushed to do whatever I could. The bus wasn't packed tight but it was full and I looked around to see everyone gawking but doing nothing to help.

How early Human Beings came to populate the earth, out of which regions, and how they traveled to them. Australia has a fascinating history about that with people out of Africa migrating there and how the geographic changes of Australia affected the groups and their cultures and on and on with how we eventually became us--modern Homosapiens. Very long and fascinating story. :giggle:

On the positive side I'm fascinated by invention, by willpower and how some heal themselves through their minds despite overwhelming obstacles. On the negative side how foolish people can be. That makes me so sad to see us so divided and hateful so much of the time. Life is too short.
