What is something you do not clean very often?

The top of the door frame. Quite honestly I can’t see it or reach it so never thought about it. Only when I saw DH dusting, I finally clued in. Now I have a long duster.

I'm anal when it comes to everything being clean, but something I would clean even more often than I do if it wasn't such a pain to move them, is under the kitchen appliances.

I wash under the fridge and stove several times a year, but if they pulled out easier I'd do it monthly.
