What is the funniest halloween costume you've ever seen?

The funniest costume I've seen was my daughter, when she was about 13 years old. She went in her bedroom and came out a half hour later as:
NORMA DESMOND!
She had the big black marks under her eyes, the lipstick was not just ON her lips, but all around her lips and she had the big open wide eyes. She had sewn two filled socks together around her neck to look like long hanging boobs. She even had the Norma Desmond hand moves!
I was cooking in the kitchen and when i saw her, I've never laughed so hard in my life! I landed on the floor because I was laughing so hard!

Gosh... so many throughout the years.

Last year there was a little girl who came to the door dressed in an entirely homemade fairy costume, and how I wish I had pictures. I've never seen anything like it!

It was picture-book perfect in every way. Her mom must have spent weeks, possibly months on it.

I made this horrible costume for work, it was supposed to be a lightbulb
