What Is The Most Decadent Meal or Dessert You've Ever Had??

I was in Geneva and got taken out to some kind of farm house dinner. It was at a nice farmer's home with great views. We were served multiple homemade courses, small and timed slowly.

We had to move for each course, each was served in a different room or building. There were only a few groups of people eating, we all started at the same time, it took all afternoon/evening.

When offered wine the host would point at the various vineyards that could be seen from the house and ask which one we wanted something from.

It was a meal to be remembered.
That sounds wonderful! There is nothing like an "authentic" experience in a foreign country.

Although not nearly as fancy as yours, I was flying from Dubrovnik to Dallas with an overnight in Zagreb. I stayed in a little family-owned hotel where every room was different. When I asked how to order dinner I was escorted outside on the lawn while the owner cooked chicken and vegetables on the grill. I sat outside, under the stars and conversed with a Frenchman who frequented Zagreb on business. I will never forget the experience.

I don't (with very few exceptions) take pictures of food. The most indulgent dessert I ate (and I don't usually eat desserts) was in Lisbon.
Don't know what it's called, but its a sort of cake make by drizzling egg yolks into hot sweetened rose water. Probably a million calories a slice, but wonderful.
