What is the Most Important Thing to You Among all the Unimportant Things?

Opening curtains in AM to let in sunlight. Also, opening the solid door between the hallway bathroom and the shower room, otherwise (especially when bedroom doors are closed) it’s like a bat-cave. The sons that live at home are bad about not opening this

I have been making music on my home studio for about 20 years. I play guitar so I have a midi pickup. I think that every person who puts their "art" online for others to share with feels like they wish more people would comment on their "labor of love". But, there are millions of others doing the same thing. The playing field is rather
large.
Yup, it'd be wonderful to get a bazillion hits on the tunes you create and post. But like you said Paco there's a lot of musicians doing the same thing these days. It is great that it's fairly easy to set up a studio, then record and post your band's music. Also having websites where you can upload and present your music for free. We always liked to use SoundCloud for our tunes.

Avoiding anything that feels like work is important to me. If it's not fun and not an essential task, why do it?

I'd been learning how to design on a CAD system for a few hours a day for my woodworking, and you know what? I just isn't any fun. I used to work on a CAD system for a living some 40 years ago and didn't like it then, either. So why am I doing it now — especially since I'm not getting paid to do it?

I can make all the drawings by hand for my woodworking while sitting on the couch and watching YouTube videos. That's a hell of a lot more fun than sitting at the computer.

It's nice to be retired.

Sods' law...same thing happens to me on the odd occasion I don't tidy up... it's like it sets a big red alarm off outside my door.. come all .. come everyone.. she hasn't tidied the kitchen today..

They always show up here when I have not washed my hair (the little that is left.) Looks like I have more with a fresh wash LOL

Sooooooo.........who gets to clean the lid?
Oh, and where is the safe place to touch the lid?
Or are gloves involved?

I'm beginning to think pooping in the woods was much safer

I clean the lid, the seat and the outside with bleach and I do wear gloves the entire procedure. Used to be a joke in our family, my husband would say he was getting me a toilet brush for an anniversay present. I was always in there with a sponge, the bleach and my gloves. If you want to get it clean, you need all those things.
