I asked Ron this question the other night. He was so torn!! He struggled between my pot roast, pork tenderloin, chili with cornbread, and beef barley soup!! (He just really appreciates having someone cook for him 😂)

My X drooled for my Adobo Filipino recipe with lots of garlic in it. He said he tasted other's recipe but none tasted like mine with the perfect blend of spices.

The style of cooking I learned from gramms and mom is not following strict measurements but we go by "pulse" or some say we cook from the ❤.
 
My husband is easy to please :)

I would say his favourite meal that I cook, is a Japanese-style chow mein, called Cumberland Chow Mein. It is nothing like Chinese style chow-mein, but derived from it. Some use the crispy dry Chinese noodles, but I use the long/thin/dry noodles that are broken in half. They soften up and add a nice texture.
