What kind of gloves/mittens do you prefer?

Leather gloves for work year round, also leather for winter.

For daily use in the winter I wear cheap cotton gloves with grippy palms which are especially good for driving. For shoveling snow I have a pair of snowmobile mittens which I really should replace because the insulation inside is all worn out and the gloves are not that warm anymore.

I very rarely need winter gloves. But I wear out a pair of work/garden gloves every other year.

Mostly wore fleece gloves, but if it was wet/snowy cold then I wore fleece lined canvas gloves. The only time mittens would have been nice was going to the mailbox, in recent years when my hands started suffering more from the cold, I'd curl my fingers up in the palm section of the gloves while walking down to the mailbox.

Costco was out of hand warmers when it went, I have to keep checking back. You might get some of those
