I only achieved a 4 year degree (BS Mathematics), I had intended to take a year off and then work on a Masters in Operations Research (the sort of subject where test questions are puzzles such as to determine the most profitable distribution of a certain amount of strawberries among a bunch of different grocery stores that have different types of customers so that some stores can sell a limited number of expensive perfect strawberries and other stores can sell limited amounts of various quality strawberries at various specific prices, and then some stores can sell as many of any quality of strawberry if the price is low enough - and the student has to recognize and apply the right formula to solve the problem).
But, I got a job testing software that only needed just the bachelor degree and that paid what seemed to me at the time to be a great salary, and my excess money allowed me to buy a horse which used up all my spare time and energy (and money). So, I never went back to school.
