What to do with turkey leftovers

Looks good. I have made turkey soup, turkey salad and stuff. Simple stuff

I like leftover turkey the next day but after that it tastes "funny" to me.

Same thing with chicken. The third day, it doesn't taste right at all..

Anyone else turned off by third day poultry?

Brother cooked a 20 pounder and gave me a hefty white meat chunk that will be able to make a dozen or two sandwiches like this. Mayo, salt, turkey, and tomorrow will buy some tomatoes, greens, and Swiss cheese for the stack. Note always have drank lots of milk.

I diced my leftover turkey and froze it. I made bone broth from the bones and froze it. This is for turkey white bean soup.

We ate the rest of the leftovers on days two and three.

I love turkey tetrazzini. I used to make it with leftover turkey. This year's bird was too small.

Key to turkey not changing flavor, is not letting it sit out for hours in ambient air on one's dinner table before carving it up and into the refrigerator.

We had Thanksgiving at the daughters house, and she made way more food than we could all eat. So, as we left, she packed up a variety of the food for us all to take home. We had that for a Supper a couple of days later....still tasted good.
