What TV program do you watch because it comforts you?

There's a low budget Daytime drama shown on one of our channels.. from 1980.. complete with shaky walls etc... but it's such a joy to watch now ( I didn't watch it back then) because there's no sex and violence in it ... just something that calms me when I'm stressed...
