What would you have done differently when younger to positively impact your Heath today?

The number of people who say "I wouldn't have started smoking" is a clear indication of the effectiveness of advertising.

Myself included. I smoked for 10 years, age 18 to 28 - mainly to fit in. And I wish parents would pay more attention to their habits.....I justified it by saying, "If smoking was so bad, my parents wouldn't do it." My dad only smoked pipes & cigars, but.......smoke is smoke.

I thought of this one and if I did anything different when young, then circumstances may be different today. I like where I am and feel comfortable with my choices. Maybe one thing would be to retire 2 years later, get some more money behind our venture, but it all worked out fine.

For the most part I have never smoked or got involved with alcohol. I should have done more research on medication side effects that doctors love handing out.

I'm ok, lasting longer than most thought .

I decided to start smoking after my 3rd child was born, when I was 26. I wanted to lose all the 'baby fat'. I smoked for a year, lost 75 lbs., then just quit like that!
Thinking back on that time seems very strange to me now. I never smoked a cigarette after that. Don't even know how or why I did it.

I smoked from age 17-30 and would never have started if I could hit the reset button. Also would have taken better care of my teeth and eaten much healthier foods.

My body is in good shape though - no known serious health issues.
