Whatever happened to Craig's List?

Have you ever used Craig's List? It was a big thing way back when. It did get bad press when serial killers were using it.

I believe it's still around, but, like everything online, it was getting taken over by spam. Fakebook marketplace is following this trend also.

It's still online. I just used it on Monday. (craigslist.org)

I think a lot of users went over to FB Marketplace. It's a lot more practical to use IMO. When I want to buy or sell something, that's what I use. Very happy with it.

I have Craigslist bookmarked and still look around once a week or so.
In years past, I've bought and sold on Craigslist with nary a bad experience.
Based on the frequency of new ads, Craigslist is still active in my neck of the woods.

It has a lot of spamming in my area. I have used it in the past but not lately.

I haven't seen or used it in ages. We used to advertise our yard sales on the site.
That was before FB marketplace became so popular.
