What's left on your bucket list?

One of my Bucket list items is Flying to Nome and watching the end of the Iditarod. I lived in Alaska but never got to see it.
I'd like to go to Newport, Wales to see where my ancestors lived.
Love to see Ricky Gervais in person.
I've got a few others but they are intensly private! Woo-Hoo!

Italy, again. Grand Canyon from the ground. Pennsylvania leaf peeping. But right now I'd just like to go anywhere that's not here.

If the stars will line up just right, maybe I'll get that dream house I've always wanted {will need to be altered to be a retirement dream house}.
Tahiti, New Zealand, and Europe, but only if they find a way to get me there faster than by commercial aircraft.

When I was camping out through Alaska, there were grizzlies around so I generally slept in the back of my truck. I'd stand outside at night and look at the stars. The first time you see the Northern Lights, it'll knock you off your feet! It's more beautiful than can be described!
Sure hope you get to see it someday!

I'm not much of a traveler but I'd like to see the wild horses near the Outer banks along the shore line and Just another few good days metal detecting with my cousin. He is the only one interested in it and I like to have someone to go with.

I don't actually have a bucket list but I wish I could spend my remaining years at one of those cat sanctuary places for rescued cats that need snuggling. What a way to live the last years of a persons life. ❤

Anyway when i finally get my inheritance (probate moves slowly)i intend to undertake a rail tour through Eastern Europe which finishes in Ukraine.No idea when that will happen now of course.So annoying!

At 86 and 83, our bucket's about empty. Just poking along now, enjoying the family we started back in the '50's. Fortunately, they all live nearby, are all close with us and each other, and they make up our social and support life. We've still managed to spend some time at our daughter's cottage in Maine each year and hope to be able to make it this year.

Life's been good to us so no complaints as it winds down.

I would like to go to Greece and visit the town my "Pappy" came from. Maybe even find a few lost relatives around, who knows? Last year, we had a trip planned to Italy with a tour group and I had to cancel because my sister became ill and also had Sepsis. I had planned to stay a few extra days after the tour had ended and visit Greece at that time. We again started planning the trip for this year and now this mess we are in now came along. Maybe I am not supposed to go over there. Maybe it's an omen?
