What's your favorite or go-to snack?

I make a distinction between "favorite" and "go-to" only because for me they're different, due to calorie restrictions.

My absolute favorite snack is smoked oysters and brie! Sometimes I'll switch the brie for camembert. Usually with crackers, wheat thins or crunch master typically. And accompanied by a glass of wine. But it's a calorie dense snack, and so I save it for special occasions.

My go-to snacks vary, but all are light in calories so that I still have room for an actual meal! Snack sized bag of Pirate's Booty popcorn with a stick of low fat string cheese. Fruit of some kind, like grapes or watermelon. I dislike raw vegetables, but I love to snack on lightly steamed carrots, broccoli or cauliflower, with a light sprinkling of parmesan cheese in place of salt. I also keep several individual containers of non-fat greek yogurt in the fridge, usually just vanilla flavored because the fruit flavors are all too sweet for me.

You?

Cut up carrots (that I cut up) and Planter's Lightly Salted Mixed Nuts...……….an a Bud Light. We are much more beer drinkers than wine drinkers. Now, in the "olden days", give me a glass of Boones Farm Strawberry Hill Wine and I could be happy.

I like low-salt nachos with hummus .. or a handful of nuts. Also celery and carrot sticks with hummus, but I'm too
lazy to cut up the veggie sticks :p

I thought this topic sounded familiar, but, even so, I have another favorite snack. It's cheddar cheese melted on Triscuit crackers in the microwave.

I eat the sardines straight out of the can.

Sometimes I do the same with the Tuna, but other times I'll put it in a bowl and mix in some Ketchup.

At the present time I have 20 cans of the sardines and 26 cans of the Tuna on hand.

Favorite snack is slightly warmed full cream brie spread on water crackers, wheat thins or Triscuits but too rich to indulge often. Best good for me snack is pretzels dipped in Nance's Hot and Sweet Mustard

Nothing wrong with having a re-run of subject. My tastes often change or a new item found.

Fruit or raw carrots or celery or maybe some fat free sugar free yogurt. I don't bring sweets or potato chips, tortilla chips, etc., into my house because I would pig out on them.
