When people are drinking takeaway coffee on TV and in movies

Almost 100% of the time the cup is empty.
A giveaway is the hollow sound when the cup is placed on a solid surface.
Fooling no one.
Yeah, I know, frivolous observation/post, but

I believe you, I don't drink coffee but if I did I would buy the cup only. Use it for home brewed coffee, rinse and reuse. Some people do it to look "cool". Look at me, I can afford it. I could pay a car payment with the money some people spend on coffee.

There are people that spend hundreds of dollars a month at these places. They go 3 times a day, at $5 a pop.

I guess I never noticed that. But in our local community theater, the fake food props were quite fake looking.

What I noticed in the Andy Griffith Show episode “Convicts at Large” is Floyd nursing that banana for a good ten minutes where as normally it is eaten in a minute or less, but the effect is convincing!

I don't remember the name, but this Hollywood prop man pops up in my Facebook feed from time to time with really interesting looks at props, how they are made, how they are used and the tricks they use to appear real.
