Doesn't the Pharmacy label have the expiration date on it?. I always leave the box with the label and all that info with the Rx or I keep the box even if I don't keep the RX in the box.

Well, this time I copied the Rx from label, so got that done. So reordering should be easier.
Looking at my others, they show 0 or 1 more refill but it had to be done by 12/21/22 so looks like I'm making an appointment to see the doctor.

When my cardiologist refills a prescription, he gives me a 90 day supply and 4 refills. That lasts a year until I see him again.

And if you're still following this harrowing tale here's more.
The doctor who Authorized it, is a MD but in the Longview clinic (about 35 miles from mine) so, not too sure who rang him up, but am tracking it down.
Mainly to thank him and whoever called him up.
