Where are they going to build your new home?

A tornado came by and flattened your home. But good news and bad news. You found old insurance policy that will buy you the new home of your dreams. But the terms of the policy state your new home has to be in a neighborhood of either all brand new parents, OR all seniors, 10 years older than you. Where are they going to build your new home?

100% with the seniors. They’re a wise bunch. Pretty funny too.

I will take the neighborhood of brand new parents. I love kids, watched them all grow up on my street. I am able to enjoy them still. As my neighbors have passed we do have a younger group coming in. There is an elementary school just 3 houses down so I get to see the kids coming and going. My grandson did kindergarten and 1st grade there.

Didn't even have to think twice... I'd take the neighborhood with seniors 10 years older. That would make them only 75 and I think it would be a fun neighborhood.
