Where has the HOPE been during the COVID response?

Thanks for sharing this Holly. I must have missed this one. He's so correct about offering hope which has been scarce during this pandemic. I wonder if that's why states in the U.S. who dropped their covid mandates are doing better than those who have not. There is a science to his rationale.
