Which decade change bothered you a tad ?

I mean, which change from 19 to 20, 29 to 30, 39 to 40, 49 to 50, etc., etc., etc.?

For me, it was 29 to 30. I'm a guy and men supposedly aren't concerned with their age, but I lied like a dog. Got away with for a lot longer than you think.

Loud rap singing and all those guitars. Not any REAL music; just loud thumping and screeching into a hand held mike.

The new generations are growing deaf. The Navy can't even get any new sonar operators these days.

I suppose if I had to pick one it would be when I hit my sixties and realized that there are a few things that I will never do and that the list will get longer from here on out.

29-to-30. For some reason, I had a hard time with that transition. I guess I had set myself up with all these things I was going to have accomplished by the time I was 30 and I hadn't accomplished many of them. By the time 39-to-40 rolled around, I was more comfortable with what I was and was not going to do with my life. After that, it was a piece of cake. I have 69-to-70 coming up in less than three months and I'm actually looking forward to it.

Age 70 bothered me most. I love to travel and took a long, very active trip about then. My physical limitations prevented me from fully enjoying the trip and I realized that would probably be my last good trip. It was three weeks in Scotland and the plane rides over and back exhausted me as did the driving and sightseeing.

I'd say the change from 50s to 60, that's when I started noticing my age more physically.
