Which New Year's Show Do You Watch?

Man I miss Guy Lombardo! But having two teens in the house I picked the lesser of the evils. Ryan Seacrest annoys me a bit. We have Pit Bull's show on. I could tell you the last two guys did a cover of a BoyZ to Men song from back in the day. But except for Pit Bull I don't know who most of these performers are. I heard Jimmy Buffet is on one station...haven't found him yet.

Basically I just flip channels back and forth the last few minutes of the night. I like to watch the confetti drop in NYC. Not so interested in individuals in the street.

I would like Anderson Cooper, but don't care for Kathy Griffin.

Like Nancy, tonight, I'm flipping channels as my best friend is over there passed out on the sofa after one drink. And to think, I'm the older one, this is some party other friends just passing through on their way to the real party. She'll wake to watch the rest of whichever show is dropping the ball by nights end. I'm almost tempted to have a drink myself at this point, but, not tempted enough.

I now have the stationed to to NBC, Game Night. I have to say most of the shows at the moment are rather boring, if she stays asleep, I might switch to the Walking Dead marathon, might do it anyway.

I don't watch any of them, since I don't have over the air TV anymore. I guess I could watch one online, but not particularly interested.

I can hear the locals here shooting off their fireworks, so Happy New Year!

In accordance with my long standing tradition, I was in bed, asleep, long before any of them started (and I do mean the UK ones)!

I woke up, on the couch, to see the NY Ball go down. Fell back to sleep and woke at 11:45PM and went to bed. I heard neighborhood fireworks go off as I fell back to sleep!!

Happy New Year yu'all...

I like Ryan Seacrest's Show. The best performers in my book were Nick Jonas, who was 100% great and Fallout Boy. I read that Ryan was paid one million bucks to host the show. I also think Fergie looked great (and super hot).

Happy New Year, everyone!

I watched Alba TV on the computer.

Alba is a Gaelic station with English sub-titles, the programme
came from Perthshire and was typically Scottish with lots of
fiddles etc., a real ceilidh, (Pronounced Kale-eh).

The only half decent programme on the TV was the fireworks
from London and that was only for 10 minutes.

Mike.
