Which one is a good "medic alert" company

I'm 71 and wobbly at times. It's not "if", but "when". I got one set up from a company that costs $550/year. It came with this legally binding document. According to that paper, if the thing didn't even work- tough!!. And it was quite obvious that the person, who would be helping, probably lived in India, Korea, etc. I do not mean to slur any of those places, but it's about the employee's ability to speak American English. I sent the set up back. And the ones that had cheap rates; their service looked rather "cheap". Is anybody satisfied with their service?

I would get the Phillips medical alert. It is recommended the most and if you fall and pass out before you can push the button it will detect your fall and send the ambulance to your home.

I'm 79 and wobbly most of the time, in fact, my son refers to those of a certain age as "Wobblers".

Your post got me to thinking that something like that would be a really good thing to have. One poster recommended Phillips so I looked up reviews of the Philips system at: https://www.theseniorlist.com/2011/10/product-review-philips-lifeline-with-auto-alert/

One of the APPS on my I Phone is a 911 APP. When you click on it you can further click for POLICE, FIRE, AMBULANCE. GPS on your phone will give location, but the GPS may not give the exact address so it is advised to tell the operator your precise location (If you can speak)
