Which state has most expensive car insurance?

Doesn't surprise me one bit. Dang! We paid a king's ransom for car insurance in Michigan. Between the big city wrecks/thefts in the lower peninsula and the deer/turkey/moose/bear accidents in the upper peninsula, it's no wonder the rates are so high.
