Who besides me is stress eating even more lately?

While I haven’t gained any weight, I ate yesterday and ate and ate. Not getting on the scale this morning for sure. Stomach still hurts, but, gee wish I had some potato chips. Sigh. This needs to end before I am the 300 pound fat woman in spandex shorts walking in the park while my butt jiggles. Don’t, look Knight, don’t look. 🤦🏻‍♀️ @Knight
 

Me, me, meeeeeeeee! I HAVE gained weight. All my clothes are tight. I'm disgusted with myself...…….and I'm going to head right into the kitchen and soothe my self-loathing with a bowl of ice cream. Then I'm going to take a nap.
Oh, bought ice cream yesterday, 😂, had some for breakfast
 

Well, I did have some ice cream (vanilla and orange sherbet) and I did take a nap.

While the ice cream was a success, the nap was not.

I had a nightmare (daymare?) in which I was riding on a huge plane that had big open spaces where passengers could go to roll around on the floor and shout insults at each other). Apparently I was taking a trip to a theme park called "Disaster World", which was dedicated to reenactments of great disasters. I had only gotten as far as "Titanic, the Disaster" and "San Francisco Earthquake, the Disaster" when I woke up to the disaster that the Spousal Equivalent hadn't brought me anything home to eat for lunch and I had to go rummage in the refrigerator for left-overs, which was a REAL disaster.

I wish I could write these dreams I have down in detail. If I could, Stephen King would be quaking in his boots.
 
Nope, not me in fact I needed to lose some weight that I've put on since retiring, and being unable to exercise due to some ailments.. and oddly I've cut down on food since the pandemic.. not deliberately but I've gone down a 1/2 size in 2 months without trying so I'm happy with that
 
My eating habits haven't changed, still a binge snacker at times, can't keep certain foods here or I'll binge on them. My weight is the same..fluctuates between a 1 and 5 pound difference on days and that's normal for most people considering water gain and loss.
 
I'm so stressed I'm eating less. :( On the plus side all this yoga I've been doing everyday has repaired my damaged knee. I can now touch my big toe on my bad leg to my nose! I've been working hard at this so it's something to be pleased about.
