Who has control of the remote?

my husband has it....

and that's no problem ...he can decide whatever

it's all background noise anyway

I have never seen a remote that had a large enough MUTE button. The mute button should be a contrasting color.

If I have time in the morning I will watch travel/documentary shows. In the afternoon she will watch a soap. In the evening we will choose something that we can agree on.

I bought her a new, bigger, smart TV, and now we are in that #@&*<% learning electronics mode again.

I'm electronically challenged and haven't the patience or interest to improve my skills. Aside from old B&W movies, football, and baseball, my viewing is very limited. My wife, on the other hand, is a TV junkie and can play the remote like a banjo. 😄

In reply to the OP: Me!! I live on my own and rule the roost with the TV and like to use it for Muting and Sub Titles and the OFF button;) (y) 🙄🤣

I have no idea. Gave my tv set to Goodwill six or so years ago and the remote went with it. Don't miss tv at all.

I am getting this way and sick to the teeth of the main channels here in the UK. So apart from a couple of series I watch the screen remains black 😬
