I do! Bananas make me sick now so I can't use them. I have read that cooked sweet potato is a good sub. I think I tried that last year and it worked.

When the farmer's market gets rolling with the berries in a couple of months, I'll be making berry smoothies. I use soy milk.

I've actually never bought and cut up a fresh pineapple. Need to do that.

Back in the 1970s when the powdered "instant breakfast" craze was in full swing, a magazine published a recipe for a healthier, less expensive alternative. Basically it consisted of 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of orange juice, a raw egg, and half a banana, all run through the blender.

I don't know if that constitutes what, today, is called a "smoothie", but owing to the speed with which this could be prepared, this was our regular weekday breakfast for several years.

Of course, this was back when it was still safe to eat raw eggs.

I'm not a smoothie fan. But back in the day my super quick “instant” breakfast was like Tommy's, except I didn't add OJ or have it every day.

In summer when it’s too hot to eat ,I will make one in my Nutri bullet.
I use a 1/2 frozen banana / frozen blueberries and low fat milk

I've been making them for breakfast lately. Non-lactose yogurt, almond milk, combo of berries, half a banana, or whatever fruit I happen to have around instead.

was there one you had...
that you thought would be 'good'?
But...
Never again!
