Who's Next? Need a Haircut?

I just cut my daughter's hair... looks pretty darn good although I was scared witless! I wish I could figure out how to do my own... it's halfway down my back and I'm tired of that length. I still want it long, but it could sure stand to lose 3 or 4 inches. YouTube videos on how to cut your own hair do NOTHING for me at all.

So anyhow, who's next? Step right up. :giggle:

And if you get haircuts, who does it for you?

I cut my own hair. I just can't pay the price and the tip anymore. Even the walk in places. Hate arm pits in my face and since the pandemic, no thanks. I'd buzz mine really short but I can't pull off that look. I have some curl to my hair so it hides the mistakes. Reminds me, I need to get a pair of hair cutting scissors, I'm using dollar store scissors.

My hairdresser is moving out of town. The replacement doesn’t start until mid September. I’m feeling shaggy so will go to another place next week to hold me over until October.

Not me. Mine is half way down my back but it WAS tail bone length before and easier to care for. I cut my own hair. I’m going to grow it longer so I can braid it and put it in a bun again like it used to be.

Wash, cut, and style costs $17... I give her a $20. I am happy to support a local lady in her profession.
Very expensive to get hair cut wash & blow dry around Β£60...

Mostly I go to the hairdressing college and have mine trimmed. They're students who are overseen by a qualified hair stylist.. it takes much longer to have my hair cut there because their work has to be checked throughout, but it only costs Β£10...

I have a very simple hair cut style. No2 - all over - from chin to eyebrow to head. But - I like to have it don't properly and with attention to detail :)

Wish you were here. I'd let you cut mine for sure.

DH and I went to our favorite barber today, his is cut down to the scalp, mine as short as any mans . I like it that short!

Until I cut my own fringe because my hair grew so fast and it costs Β£20 to have it cut at the salon... but in the end because it was such a hassle making sure the fringe was straight etc.. I decided to just grow it out !

I cut my own hair and do get a few compliments. I just pull my hair, shoulder length, up in front over my head and cut the ends that are not even. I do cut my bangs the same way by holding the hair together and trimming the longer ends to make them even.

I got the scissors out the other day, I had to put my reading glasses on to find No3 hair which has a mind of it's own and outgrows the other 7. 😊
