Why is there anything? If so, was it created and when?

We humans know nothing about most "stuff." All we know for sure is that a sperm cell and an egg cell created us. After a time we simply cease to exist. That is all we know. There is no God, no Heaven and no Hell. There is just existence and non-existence. What we see of the infinite universe is just what our telescopes can see. We live for a short time and then we are totally GONE.
