Why Mount Rainier is the US volcano keeping scientists up at night

You can see it must have blown at one time. At least. I had no idea there were people living that close. I just looked it up, they think 1450 was the last major eruption.

Looked up Mount Shasta, over 3000 years ago. Well that's the planet.
