Why Your Retirement Plan Should Include Ice Cream

If you are diabetic, probably restrict the ice cream, though?

I'm not but thinking so many are these days. Ice cream has so much sugar, calories and zip protein unless you find a special brand you like, maybe Halo or a sugar free brand.

I can't keep a stash of ice cream in my freezer. I literally cannot ! Ice cream is my favorite food ever and I can put away a "used to be half a gallon" I call it (48 ounces) in 24 hours. What's crazy is 14 ounces will last me about the same time. It's like when I have a larger container, I can't rest until it's all gone. I know it's psychological. Anyway...IMO ice cream is good not only during retirement planning but all the years that come before. :D I wish I had some right now!

Ice cream, like french fries, pizza, bacon, potato chips, and other greasy foods are a fine treat occasionally but unhealthy as regular habits. In my case not for weight reasons but rather long term gastrointestinal system health. In a minute will be eating one of these for today's Wednesday lunch:
