There are many toning options with Sepia. From almost black and white to almost a pale beige. The professional print lab I use offers 6 different levels.

I may have asked this of you before, not sure which photo programs do you use. And which one foe the photo you posted here.

Update: Just wondering what monitor you use for editing. Would I be correct in thinking you might have set up/configured the monitor to match your printer, and or the print lab you use?
