A woman in Spain was attacked by a group of radicals in which one of the arrested was a politician. A Spanish flag bracelet allegedly triggered the group.

The group is supposedly from or about the AntiFa movement. Doesn't matter they criminally assaulted a person.

I know -- where did we begin to lose our humanity and the sense of all pulling together -- murdering children, beating up young girls for their political views, killings in churches over the color one one's skin? I read a story online about a girl who stabbed an unknown woman because she wanted to see what it felt like to kill. I thought evolution was supposed to go forward, but apparently it is not.

Most animals don't kill for the hell of it, but humans are sure doing so.
 
When the world starts to vote for intolerant politicians and policies, we cannot be surprised when violent resistance evolves. Sadly, small incidents like those in Spain are likely to be only the start.
 
When the political rhetoric is ratcheted up to such heated heights violence will surely follow...

The other side of that is when violence evolves don't be surprised when people vote for intolerant politicians and policies in the hope that might turn things around. Look, it's human nature to have a biased view and often that bias is primarily based on what you, or yours, have personally faced.
 
An actor radical a Willie Toledo called the victim/woman "human garbage" and said the beating was 'deserved'.

The politician arrested was a Alejandro Espin Sogo aka 'Topi' from the United Left party in Spain.

Watch the video and no way political views will justify that assault.
 
Political views never deserve assault. And when we get to the point where we consider anyone "human garbage" that "deserves" to be beaten on the streets or anywhere else, we are in big trouble.
