The public should boycott those banks that refuse to raise depositors interest rates by changing banks.

Named after Captain Charles Boycott, an agent for a wealthy Irish landowner. Times were rough, the landowner wanted rent from the tenants, the tenants wanted some relief, Boycott tried to evict them. A "boycott" ensued.
