Eschatology (noun) - a branch of theology concerned with the final events in the history of the world or of humankind.

In the Bible, the book of Revelation/Apocrypha relies heavily on eschatology.

It's quite interesting. If you're into it, but a lot of debate as to "When" certain things will happen or how they'll occur.
